The L Residence

2024

A renovation to an existing 1890’s raised Eastlake Victorian Side Hall Cottage in the East Riverside neighborhood. The floor plan was subtly reconfigured to accommodate new functional needs while strictly preserving the historic and traditional character of the existing facade.

Project Role: Architect
